Some people like to sing their good news to rooftops, but in Keke Palmer’s case, it was done on live television in front of an audience of millions.

The actress and comedian hosted “Saturday Night Live” this weekend and revealed during her opening monologue that she is pregnant with her first child.

The “Hustlers” star wore a trench coat with snap buttons and said she wanted to “set the record straight” about some “rumors going around” that she’s having a baby.

“I am!” she continued, unbuttoning her coat to reveal her bare baby bump.

Closing the clasps on his coat, Palmer then said, “I must say, it’s bad when people on the Internet spread rumors about you, but it’s even worse when they’re right!”

She then joked about how she was trying to keep her pregnancy “down low” for fear of losing some sponsorship deals, including one with a wine label.

“Let the check clear, and then we can go to the damn baby shower,” she joked.

Palmer hosted the long-running NBC comedy sketch show with musical guest Saja.

Excerpts from the show include a cold open joke mocking Herschel Walker, a PSA-style sketch for Drake’s exes, and a miniature at a Hello Kitty store featuring Palmer and Bowen Yang as employees, which is a reference to the fact that Can’t get over that Hello Kitty isn’t a cat.
