I’m here today to make the case for a unique space-saving technique that I’ve employed in my apartment for two years: Mount your TV ceiling. What you need to mount your TV to the ceiling

- a drill
- four to six heavy toggle bolt
- about 10 hole strap
- a bunch of screw (i’m very technical)

Follow the mounting instructions that came with your mount, and Make sure you secure it well to a joist. I hired a pro for this move because i wasn’t make sure of my ability to nail in a joist as well as I can a wall beam, but if you think you can do it, just be sure to follow the instructions carefully so you don’t end tearing up Through your roof (and smashing your flatscreen).
